A single spacious room with attached bath is available in a 2br/2ba apt  in Ashton Brook, Franklin and I am looking for a female flatmate for immediate move-in.
 - Apartment is situated in a well-connected area within walking distance from grocery store -India bazaar, Cafe India , Nawaabi . 
 - ( Pharmacy and Restaurants/ Diners - at wqlking distance )
 - In-unit washer and dryer available.
- Rent is 850$ + Utilities (Negotiable)
