Your can search for 780, Airways circle, Nashville on maps for distance from your office and all near by locations. 

The Room rent + Wifi + Rental insurance is going to be around $600 if 1 person.
For 2 persons it will be around $400 and other person can have the living room. I am fine with either.
Electricity bill will be added above to this. 

Note : Living Room is available for immediate move in. Separate Bed room is available from Nov 20 th i.e., my roommate will be vacating.
