I have heard some schools in Nashville and Franklin are good, don’t know much about hermitage. But I guess you should also take into consideration your commute to work, because if you stay in Franklin and work in Hermitage your commute in peak traffic time will be over an hour. I also have a 2 Bed/ 2 Bath at “The preserve of Brentwood” for sublease at $ 839 a month. We have around 40 Indian families in this community. In any case stay away from Antioch area, you must have noticed the rent there to be cheap but that area would be a big no no.
