Subleasing 2 Bed Apartment @
1000 Enclave Circle - Old Hickory Road.

I am currently living in this beautiful and secured gated community in a 2 bed Apartment. I have signed the lease till 31st November 2015. Due to my project closure on 30th April I will be relocating to another city. Therefore, subleasing from 1st May 2015 to 31st Nov 2015 (7 months). Currently I am paying 1050 as rent (including Trash) which is quite less as compared to other 2 bed apartments in the same community as the price was rollback that time.

Since I did not had credit history I had to pay a deposit of 2050 and application fee of $225. If anyone interested I will be paying the application fee if any and will be giving a discount in the deposit. You will have to pay me the discounted deposit on the day you move as my deposit of $2050 will be transferred on your name as a Deposit and you will get is at the end of Nov 2015.
