2 bed room/2 bath well maintained apartment (v stayed only 4 months) ready for sublease from JULY 18Th. Very near to patel brothers / kroger/walmart/publix. Right now apartment charging 1350$ for the same. 
you can save at least 250$ for month from sublease.
