If you would think the apartment would fit for your requirement, then you can continue to stay along with your family from September itself and for the 2 months I will be moving to some other place.

The rent is $1129.Electrcity Charge comes around $45, Water, Sewerage, etc. comprise the utility charge which comes around $99-$120. Internet charge is $24.99.Therefore, Total expenditure becomes $1319. If we stay together then the expenditure will become $660(approx.)and you may get another roommate from November so that when I will leave you would not have to spend expenditure alone. We can find another girl to stay with us from Sep/Oct also, to share the apartment among 3 of us for 1-2 months only, would not be difficult as it is quite a big apartment.Another point is India Bazar, etc., many other stores are walkable from our apartment complex.
